Disaster relief resources

Homeowners and renters in San Mateo County with damage or losses due to recent storms can now apply for federal disaster assistance. This includes grants to help pay for temporary housing and essential home repairs as well as other serious disaster-related needs such as medical and dental expenses, transportation, childcare and moving and storage expenses. The deadline to apply is March 16, 2023. Apply at DisasterAssistance.gov. CRC can help residents prepare applications - fill out the form below or email us at crc@crcommunities.org to get in touch.
Visit San Mateo County’s Disaster Recovery Center to receive federal, state, local, and nonprofit recovery services at the same time. Open February 9th-22nd from 9am-7pm daily at the San Mateo County Events Center (more information available in English and Spanish).
