Chase Donnell is an experienced youth development professional with a passion for working with diverse communities. He began his career at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCP) as a Youth Program Developer at CCRMS where he created and implemented programs to support the growth and development of young people. He then moved on to the Ravenswood School District where he worked with elementary school students for a year.

Chase's love for travel and cultural immersion led him to live abroad in Madrid, Spain, where he honed his language skills, becoming fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He is known for his ability to connect with young people from different backgrounds and cultures, and his dedication to helping them reach their full potential.

Currently, he is working at CRC, where he is passionate about learning more about the people and issues the community faces. He wants to use his skills and experience to create programs and initiatives that address the specific needs of the community and to empower young people to be active and informed citizens. He is excited to be part of a team that is dedicated to making a positive impact on the lives of those around them.
